Delivery Costs & Surcharges

Economy : 2 - 3 Day Delivery The shipping rate for this service is dependent on basket weight. The calculated rate can be seen on the View Basket page and at the payment stage of the checkout process.
Super Economy (Free) : 3 -5 Day Delivery This shipping option is available on selected products. There is no charge for this shipping service.
Offshore : This service carries a surcharge of + £9.00
Redirection : This service carries a surcharge of + £9.00


Proof of Delivery
Because of the nature of the products we sell, we require that all products we sell are signed for upon delivery, we can not authorise your goods be left without a signature under any circumstance.

Delivery Address
We do allow customers to elect a different address to the cardholders address for delivery, although please note that once signed for, pyramid.com & its couriers will accept no responsibility for loss or damage of the goods.

Redirection
Should you request an amendment to the delivery address once your goods have been despatched, you will need to request it in writing, this can be via email (despatch@pyramid.com) or fax (08700 669 100). Please note, there is a redirection surcharge as stated above, you will need to authorise us to charge your debit/credit card with the surcharge amount before we can perform the redirection.

Missed Deliveries
If you are not available when the courier attempts to deliver, they will leave a card with your consignment details on it & a contact number. You are then able to collect the goods from the depot that the goods are returned to, you must take the card that was left along with some proof of ID. Should you not collect the goods within 5 days of the attempted delivery, they will be returned to us for holding. Once returned, you will need to contact us to arrange re-delivery, please note this will incur an additional delivery charge.

Specifying a time
Although you can not specify a time for delivery, your local delivery may give you an idea of what time the driver will be in your area. Please note, not all branches are able to do this so please accept that once despatched your order is due for delivery between 0800 – 1800hrs.

Information on Royal Mail deliveries
Certain items will be shipped via Royal Mail if the 2-3 days delivery option is selected. If the Royal Mail delivery is not delivered it can take up to 30 working days to resolve. If you require the item to be shipped with a courier a different delivery option will need to be selected. For more information contact customer services on 08700 669 100.

How long will it take to process my return?
Processing a return depends on a few factors, the fault, the length of time you have had the item, the manufacture. We endeavour to get you the correct information within 4 business hours.
